I was sent to Perfect Pools by Watson’s after purchasing my new above-ground pool, for installation. When I phoned the office to set up my installation Betsy answered the phone and told me more about my pool and the installation process then I had been told before. Her instructions were so complete and easy to follow the process was a breeze. That was 10 years ago! When we decided to get a new pool we went back to Watson’s and Perfect Pools what a joy it was to call and hear Betsy’s voice answering the phone still. The second she answered the phone again I knew we were in good hands. As expected our new pool went in without a hitch!! It is businesses and quality people like Betsy and Stacey that makes living and doing business with local companies in Cincinnati a joy.
Perfect Pools has been opening and closing my pool for over 10 years. They have maintained my pool so well that I have not had to spend any additional money replacing parts or equipment. If you own a pool you should get these experts to open and close it you won’t be disappointed.
I purchased a foreclosed which came with an above-ground pool in the back yard. The pool was in horrible shape I called Perfect Pools to get a price to take it down and haul it away. When Stacey came out she said “we can save this pool if you want it.” She worked up a quote that was much less then a new pool. My pool was crushed by a tree, Stacey came out surveyed the damage, worked up a quote then worked with me to get my old pool out and my replacement pool installed even better then the first one. The new one did not have any wrinkles on the bottom of the pool like my last one. I have recommended Perfect Pools to friends and family for four years now and they have never let us down. You rock Perfect Pools!
Stacey Hill the owner of Perfect Pools takes pride in her business and her staff. She will also go out of her way to make things right. I purchased a pool and it was installed by another company. Within 3 days almost all the water (that I purchased) was gone from my pool. I called the company I bought it from, they sent out Stacey Hill. What a professional, she looked at my pool, pointed out what happened and why, made a phone call to the company I bought it from. Next thing I know she has a whole crew there taking the pool down moving things around, putting in a new liner and water. She saw a problem did what she needed to do and got it fixed. I have not had any issues with the pool since. I would recommend Perfect Pools to anyone with an above-ground pool. She gets it done!!!
I just wanted to take a minute and thank the staff at Perfect Pools for their help and terrific installation experience. Everyone was very professional and courteous. I want to especially thank Betsy. She was great! A pleasure to talk to and was definitely looking out for your customer’s best interest. She saw a problem with the liner on the paperwork and we were able to correct it with Watsons before it delayed the installation. Ben, on the installation team was a real worker. He made me tried just watching him. I will keep Perfect Pools in my contact database for any future pool needs.
